My review

This is my second ebike (1st Apex 50). I’m getting use to the difference and I really like it. I love the dual motors and the brakes. It’s a very nice bike and I enjoy riding it. The price was good, shipping was very fast. Assembly was very easy and all the accessories were great. I’m a 71 year old male and I try to ride it daily and take it with me on road trips. Your customer service with getting back to me with answers to my questions was super fast, thanks for that.

It was delivered 9 days after I bought it online, which seems very fast for such a large box that came clear across the country. The box was in perfect condition. The bike was easy to unpack and assemble. I took it for its first ride this morning 12 miles, the derailer wasn’t adjusted correctly and I couldn’t get down to first gear and other gears were skipping and noisy so I cut the ride short. When I got home I adjusted all the gears and now seems to work perfectly. Other than that it seems well built and comfortable to ride. I believe it is something I will use frequently and enjoy.
